Innovation 360: Framework & Diagnostics introduces participants to the Wheel of Innovation® as a framework for measuring and benchmarking organizational innovation. The workshop also explores how to establish an innovation management framework and apply practical idea-generation methods using pretotyping.
Key Objective
To help participants diagnose their organization’s innovation capability and establish a structured foundation for managing, developing, and testing innovation initiatives.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
