GAS Build Assistant is an AI-powered assistant developed by Mindshift Innovation, operated by PT Mitra Inovasi Inklusi (“Mindshift,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It is designed to help users build, understand, troubleshoot, and improve Google Apps Script solutions, including workflows involving Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other supported Google Workspace applications.

By using GAS Build Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

GAS Build Assistant provides AI-assisted guidance, code generation, debugging support, workflow design, and technical explanations intended to help users with varying levels of programming experience.

The service is accessed through ChatGPT and may be subject to the availability, features, and terms of ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google, and other relevant third-party services.

GAS Build Assistant does not guarantee that every generated solution will be compatible with every environment, configuration, or use case.

GAS Build Assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and technical recommendations. Outputs may contain errors, incomplete instructions, outdated information, or code that requires modification.

Generated code and recommendations are provided for informational and assistance purposes. They are not a substitute for independent testing, security review, professional technical advice, or appropriate operational controls.

Mindshift does not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any generated output.

GAS Build Assistant is accessed through ChatGPT. Mindshift does not operate a separate backend through which it receives or stores users’ prompts, generated code, or files submitted through the assistant.

Your use of ChatGPT and any connected third-party services remains subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms of those providers.

You should avoid entering sensitive personal information, confidential business information, credentials, or other restricted data into AI tools unless you have assessed the relevant privacy, security, and organizational requirements.

GAS Build Assistant may provide guidance involving products and services operated by third parties, including Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and ChatGPT.

Mindshift does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, changes, or service interruptions of third-party platforms.

References to third-party products or services do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or official sponsorship from their respective providers unless expressly stated.

GAS Build Assistant, including its name, branding, instructional materials, and original supporting content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to applicable law and the terms of relevant third-party platforms, you may use generated code and outputs for your own personal or business purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use, modification, distribution, or commercial deployment of generated outputs does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable licenses or terms.

Mindshift may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue GAS Build Assistant or any of its features at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may also revise these Terms of Use when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page, together with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GAS Build Assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Mindshift is not responsible for losses, data corruption, unauthorized access, business interruption, or other damages arising from the implementation or use of generated code, reliance on AI-generated recommendations, or the use or unavailability of third-party services, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.

Any disputes arising from the use of GAS Build Assistant shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
